EIM: The First Ever Early Intervention Montessori

Where Clinical Strategy Meets Holistic Growth

Capers Montessori is proud to pioneer the Early Intervention Montessori (EIM) model—a sophisticated blend of the world-renowned Montessori curriculum and evidence-based clinical strategies.

Traditional education often forces children to meet rigid, predetermined benchmarks. EIM flips the script. We provide a stable, predictable environment designed for children with diverse learning styles, including those with ADHD, Dyslexia, and Mild-to-Moderate Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The EIM Advantage:
-
Developmental Grouping: Children learn in multi-age classrooms based on developmental stages rather than birth dates, fostering a natural social hierarchy and emotional security.
-
Technical Individualization: We don't believe in "grade levels." Every child’s educational plan is mapped to their specific interests and sensory needs.
-
Kinetic Learning: Our classrooms are high-sensory, hands-on environments. By "learning through doing," we support students who require physical activity to sustain focus and develop executive functioning skills.

Harnessing the Power of ABA Therapy
At Capers, we don't just "offer" therapy; we weave the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) directly into our daily Montessori flow. This is our Early Intervention Program (EIP).

What is ABA at Capers?
ABA is the gold standard for behavioral science. Our goal is to systematically increase functional skills while decreasing behaviors that hinder a child's independence. We focus on four core pillars:
-
Social & Communication Skills: Building the "bridge" to peer interaction.
-
Academic & Motor Precision: Refining both fine motor control and cognitive processing.
-
Adaptive Life Skills: Empowering children to lead functional, self-reliant lives.
-
Positive Reinforcement: Breaking complex goals into teachable steps, using motivation as the primary engine for progress.
Why Our Approach Works?
While ABA is highly effective for Autism, its logic-based framework benefits any child facing behavioral or learning challenges. By motivating children toward specific, measurable goals, we move them closer to school readiness every single day.
